Geneius Support Packages

We offer 3 Support Packages to meet your needs:

Essential:

• Our Essential support package is designed to offer the core components for complete systems support.

  All remote support via Telephone, Internet VPN connection is included within the cost of a single monthly retainer. Whilst this support package provides unlimited remote support, any works carried out on site will be chargeable in addition to the monthly retainer.

  From experience we find that by far the majority of support issues can be dealt with remotely and therefore do not require a site visit. In this way we are able to keep the cost of this package to a minimum and you are only ever charged for time where a site visit cannot be avoided. Over 90% of our clients find that this is the most cost effective method of support.

  Response times to site are 8 hours for this contract (effectively next working day).

Premier:
• Premier Systems Support Takes our Essential package and adds our Cacti Server Monitoring service to ensure your critical systems are available at all times, allows up to 10 hours of on-site support to be used per annum for problem solving where remote support cannot be used and offers a 4 hour on site response where necessary.
Premier Pro:

• Complete systems protection and care – a full insurance policy against any problems. All support on and off site is included in the monthly retainer charge for complete peace of mind.

  All hardware that is under manufacturer’s warranty will be repaired or replaced with loan units provided by us whilst repairs are carried out. This includes cost of transportation of damaged hardware and the repaired items and all engineer time on and off site required to keep your systems working.

• This plan is tailor made to meet your requirements. We understand that not all businesses are the same and were happy to work on a package that will best suit you.
